What a stay includes
The residence in İskele, exactly as it is, with nothing held back but the address.

The residence
One hundred and ten square metres. One bedroom. It sleeps two, and it is not pretending it sleeps four.
There is a 360° rooftop terrace with a seating area, which is the part people remember. Wifi and cleaning are included rather than offered as extras at the door.
It sits one hundred metres from the Mediterranean, in İskele, Northern Cyprus. That is as precise as the location gets in public, and the reason is in the next section.
The setting
The residence is one apartment inside a larger development on Long Beach, in the Famagusta district. The development covers 29,750 square metres and holds 152 homes, with 660 square metres given to its social facilities.
Shared with everyone who lives there: a swimming pool, a walking path, green area, a spa centre, a restaurant, a cafe bar and a terrace cafe bar, a game club and a vitamin bar. Practical things too, which matter more than they sound — site security, cameras, an automatic entrance gate, a central generator, car parking, air conditioning.
Salamis Ancient City is nearby, along with the picnic areas and the local restaurants that most visitors end up preferring to the ones they planned on.
What stays private
The building letter, the apartment number and the street address are never printed. Public precision stops at the city.
This is not coyness. A guest staying alone should not be findable from a page anybody can read, and a coordinate pair pins a home just as precisely as an address does. The detail that helps you decide is public. The detail that only helps somebody find you is not.
Once a stay is arranged, you get all of it. It is a question of when, not whether.
Asking
There is no booking engine and no account to make. You send a message, a person answers, and the dates are either free or they are not.
Whoever answers signs as OVRS Concierge. That is deliberate — the collective answers, so you are never waiting on one named individual to come back from lunch.
One residence, described once, honestly.
